Cancellation policy
At the time of booking a course
Cancellation fee for the day before the reservation: 50%, cancellation fee for the same day: 100%. If the reservation is for 10 or more people, in addition to the above, there will be a cancellation fee of 30% from 6 days before the reservation date.
reservation for seating only
Cancellation fee for the day before: JPY 10,000 per person, cancellation fee for the same day: JPY 20,000 per person. If the reservation is for 10 or more people, in addition to the above, there will be a cancellation fee of JPY 3,000 per person from 6 days before the reservation date.
・No cancellation fee will be charged if it is difficult to visit the store due to the suspension of public transportation or bad weather.
・If the number of people increases, the number of seats is limited, so please call us in advance to confirm.
・If there are multiple reservations within a certain period, we will contact you to confirm. If we are unable to contact you, we may cancel your reservation.
